OUR ACTIONS

The Cancéropôle Île-de-France helps to structure the network of researchers, clinicians, industrialists and patients involved in cancer research, by encouraging the pooling of knowledge, skills and resources between institutions in the Paris region involved in cancer research.

The actions implemented are designed to encourage the emergence of new interdisciplinary collaborations, promote the implementation of innovative cross-disciplinary programs and disseminate knowledge.

  • Structuring: organization of calls for projects and creation of thematic working groups
  • Events: organization of conferences and seminars
  • Support: training, practical resources and administrative management.

Call for proposals

Cancéropôle Île-de-France federates the skills and resources of cancer research in Île-de-France. To this end, it coordinates calls for projects designed to :

  • enable the development of innovative, risk-taking research projects, or those requiring consolidation of preliminary results before submission to national calls for projects, via the Emergence call for projects (AAP Emergence)
  • federate Ile-de-France teams around innovative, open platforms by renewing its structuring call for proposals, aimed at the acquisition and provision of equipment enabling the use of new technologies for cancer research via the Structuring call for proposals.

The Cancéropôle IDF also assists scientific managers with the administrative management of research projects. An automated scientific and financial reporting system has been set up for projects receiving grants from the Cancéropôle IDF, whether INCa grants or grants obtained through a call for projects from the Cancéropôle IDF.

On the French version of our website, you’ll find a list of current calls for projects proposed by the Cancéropôle IDF. We also relay offers from other cancer research funders that may be of interest to researchers in the Paris region.

The French version of our website also features the results of the call for proposals proposed by the Canceropole IDF for the past years.
