- evaluation of projects and activity reports,
- generate statistics on responses to calls for projects and their results.
This processing is necessary for the pursuit of Cancéropôle Île-de-France’s legitimate interest in achieving the group’s purpose, i.e. the financing of research projects, research grants or equipment.
It is also necessary for the pursuit of its legitimate interest to improve the management of calls for projects.

- Cancéropôle Ile-de-France’s internal staff and bodies in charge of managing and financing calls for projects,

Data relating to selected projects are kept for a period of 10 years, given the Cancéropôle Ile-de-France’s corporate purpose. Data relating to unsuccessful projects are kept for a period of 5 years from submission of the application in response to the call for projects.
In order to meet legal obligations or as evidence, certain personal data may be kept for the applicable legal limitation periods, i.e. :
- 10 years for accounting and budgetary documents ;
- for the entire duration of the dispute, and until all avenues of appeal have been exhausted.

This processing is necessary for the pursuit of Cancéropôle Île-de-France’s legitimate interest in achieving the purpose of the grouping, i.e. to coordinate the Ile-de-France cancer research network through the organization of training courses and seminars.
It is also necessary for the pursuit of its legitimate interest to improve the management of training courses and seminars.

- Cancéropôle Ile-de-France’s internal staff and bodies in charge of managing training courses and seminars,

Personal data is kept for the duration of the training course or seminar. It is then kept for a period of 10 years after the training course or seminar has been completed, taking into account the Cancéropôle Ile-de-France’s corporate purpose.

The purpose of the processing is to manage directories. It enables Cancéropôle Ile-de-France to compile and update directories of research players in the Ile-de-France region, which are available on our website.
This processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time and by any means by contacting the Cancéropôle Ile-de-France, its Data Protection Officer (info-cnil@canceropole-idf.fr).

The following have access to all or part of the data, within the limits of their respective responsibilities:
