Single Cell Initiative of Institut Curie The Single Cell Initiative of Institut Curie provides innovative single cell and spatial omics technologies. It combines the expertise of four core facilities (Cytometry, Custom Single Cell Omics, Next Generation Sequencing and Bioinformatics) in order to provide a seamless user experience from experimental conception to data analysis. We benchmark and implement commercial solutions, and we develop complementary in-house solutions. Based on your input sample and your scientific question, we select the optimal experimental path that will give you the high-quality data that you need.
