The Cancéropôle Île-de-France helps to structure the network of people involved in cancer research, by promoting the pooling of knowledge, skills and resources between Ile-de-France institutions involved in cancer research. Its actions help to federate Ile-de-France cancer research, coordinate the research network, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and encourage the implementation of cross-disciplinary, innovative programs.
All the news about the current call for proposals, workshops and training courses are available on the French version of our website only.
CALLS FOR PROPOSALS
By coordinating the organization of Emergence and Structuring calls for projects, the Cancéropôle IDF contributes to the funding of innovative research projects and helps to unite teams in the Paris region around innovative, open platforms. We also include in our call for projects calendar offers made by other cancer research funders that may be of interest to researchers in the Paris region.
SCIENTIFIC EVENTS
As part of its mission to coordinate the Ile-de-France cancer research network, the Cancéropôle Île-de-France organizes scientific seminars on topics of interest to its members throughout the year. We also post all scientific events likely to be of interest to those involved in cancer research on our calendar of conferences and seminars. Since 2011, we’ve been offering online seminars, as well as rebroadcasts of recordings of our events.
TRAINING AND PRACTICAL RESOURCES
To support as many researchers as possible in its region, Cancéropôle Île-de-France offers clinicians and researchers innovative training courses and useful resources (directories, methodology sheets, etc.) to help them improve their practices. This support for researchers also takes the form of administrative management of research projects piloted by researchers from member institutions. This facilitates administrative and financial links with scientific leaders, by managing INCa research agreements.
