THE Cancéropôle IDF

The Cancéropôle Ile-de-France aims to develop the operational coordination of cancer research projects. The Cancéropôle’s coordination structure is an essential tool in the network’s operation. In particular, it facilitates the organization of seminars and symposia, the dissemination of invitations to tender and information on cancer research, and the setting up of innovative research training programs.

Cancéropôle Île-de-France is a Public Interest Group created by decree on June 7, 2007. The General Secretariat runs the group under the authority of the Board of Administrators.

Public tendering rules

Starting in 2017, Cancéropôle Île-de-France is offering companies access to tender notices for services, supplies and works via the Maximilien dematerialization platform. The aim is to facilitate access to public procurement. Via the platform, you can download tender documents, respond to them electronically and ask any questions you may have.

REGULATIONS

Contracts for works, services and supplies awarded by the GIP Cancéropôle Île-de-France are subject to the provisions of:

  • Ordinance of July 23, 2015 on public procurement
  • Decree 2015-1163 of September 17, 2015 amending certain thresholds relating to contracts
  • Decree 2016-360 of March 25, 2016 on public procurement.

These national texts transpose the provisions of European directives (in particular Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
